Charles L. Williams, Inc. is an independent Marine Surveyor & Consulting firm established in 1987. We are located in Savannah, Georgia, and travel throughout the Southeastern region, inclusive of South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. Our primary clients are marine underwriters, brokers, importers and exporters involving surveys for damage, condition, packaging and handling. We have extensive experience in steel, forest products, liquid and bulk general cargoes, machinery and project cargo.
